1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on lifeguardprotips.com, operated by Romain Beaudenon, sole trader registered in France (SIRET 942 647 827 00016). See our Legal Notice for full business details. By placing an order on this site, you accept these terms in full.

2. Products

All apparel and merchandise sold on this site is printed and manufactured to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful, once your order is placed. We do not hold stock. Product descriptions, images, and sizing information are provided in good faith; slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed on the site and may be shown in different currencies for convenience. As Lifeguard Pro Tips operates under the VAT exemption for micro-entrepreneurs (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), VAT is not applicable and does not appear on invoices. Payment is due in full at the time of order and is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your card details. Your order is only confirmed, and production only begins, once payment has been successfully received.

4. Delivery

Orders are produced and shipped by Printful. Production typically takes a few business days, followed by shipping, which varies depending on your location and the product ordered; estimated timeframes are shown at checkout.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Printful is unable to deliver to Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and certain occupied regions of Ukraine; shipping to Ukraine and Kosovo is also limited. Availability may change due to carrier restrictions or world events, and a small number of products (such as footwear or outerwear) may only be available in a limited set of countries.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under European Union consumer law, goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized are generally exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Because every item on this site is printed to order after you place your order, this exemption typically applies, and change-of-mind returns or exchanges (for example, ordering the wrong size) generally cannot be accepted once production has started.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately and to fulfill orders correctly. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by our shipping or payment partners, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your own country of residence.
